Quick answer to the most common question
"Do firearms ship to my home?" No — federal law requires all firearms to ship to a licensed FFL dealer, where you complete the transfer in person. Accessories, ammunition, magazines, and apparel ship directly to your door. See our full shipping page for details.
Placing an Order
How do I buy a Glock from Gunbaze?
Choose your model, add it to your cart, and complete checkout. During checkout you'll select a licensed FFL dealer near you. We ship the firearm directly to that dealer, who handles the background check and transfer. Most customers complete the process in under a week from order to pickup. See our FFL transfer guide for the full walkthrough.
Do I need to create an account to order?
You can check out as a guest, but creating an account makes tracking orders, saving your FFL preference, and reaching support faster. We recommend it — it takes about 30 seconds.
Can I place an order by phone?
Yes. Call us at +1 856 556 9428 during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 5 PM Mountain Time) and we'll walk you through the order. Our team can help with model selection, FFL choice, and any compliance questions.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Yes, if the order hasn't shipped yet. Contact us immediately at sales@gunbaze.com with your order number. Once a firearm has shipped, changes and cancellations are limited. See our returns policy for full details.
What if the item I want is out of stock?
Contact us and we'll let you know when it's expected back in stock, or suggest a comparable model. We restock popular Glock models frequently — if you know what you want, we can often source it.
Do you sell to law enforcement, military, or dealers?
Yes. Contact us at sales@gunbaze.com for bulk, agency, or dealer pricing. Some programs require documentation and may have separate minimums.
How Firearm Transfers Work
How do FFL transfers work?
When you place an order, you select a licensed FFL dealer near you at checkout. We ship the firearm to that dealer, who logs it into their records and contacts you when it arrives. You then visit the dealer, complete ATF Form 4473, pass a NICS background check, and take possession. Full walkthrough on our FFL transfer guide.
Do I need to find an FFL before ordering?
Yes — strongly recommended. You'll need your receiving FFL's information at checkout. Choosing a dealer beforehand avoids delays and lets you confirm their transfer fee and policies in advance.
How do I find an FFL dealer near me?
At checkout, enter your ZIP code and we'll show you a list of licensed FFL dealers near you. If you already have a preferred dealer, you can enter their information manually. You can also search the ATF's FFL directory or use the FFL locator at fflguy.com.
How much is an FFL transfer fee?
Transfer fees are set by the receiving FFL dealer and typically range from $25 to $50. This fee is paid directly to your local dealer, not to Gunbaze. Some dealers charge more for multiple firearms or specialty transfers. Contact your chosen FFL for their exact fee before ordering.
What do I need to bring to my FFL pickup?
Bring a valid government-issued photo ID. You'll complete ATF Form 4473 and pass a NICS background check at the dealer. Some states require additional documentation, permits, or waiting periods. Your dealer will let you know exactly what applies to your situation.
How long does the transfer take?
Most NICS background checks are approved within minutes. Occasionally they're delayed for further review — this is typically resolved within 3 business days. The dealer can also delay the transfer if additional documentation is required by your state.
Can I use the same FFL for multiple orders?
Yes. Once you've selected an FFL, we save it to your account for future orders. Some dealers charge a single transfer fee for multiple firearms in one shipment — ask your dealer about their policy.
Can I change my FFL after ordering?
Yes, if the order hasn't shipped yet. Contact us immediately at sales@gunbaze.com with your order number and the new dealer's information. Once a firearm ships, the destination FFL cannot be changed.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship firearms to my home?
No. Federal law requires all firearms to ship to a licensed FFL dealer, where the transfer takes place in person after a background check. You'll select your FFL during checkout. Accessories, ammunition, magazines, holsters, and apparel ship directly to your home. See our shipping page for full details.
What ships to my home address?
Accessories, ammunition, magazines, holsters, optics, triggers, cleaning supplies, OEM parts, and Glock apparel all ship directly to your home or business address. No FFL required. Browse our Glock accessories, OEM parts, and Glock apparel.
How long does shipping take?
Processing takes 1–2 business days. Transit times vary by region — typically 2–5 business days for the continental U.S., 5–7 business days for Alaska and Hawaii. See our full shipping page for a detailed regional breakdown.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship via UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Firearms ship through UPS or FedEx — never USPS — with adult signature required. The specific carrier depends on your destination and the size of your order.
Do you ship to all 50 states?
Yes, with full compliance for state-specific requirements. Some states have additional restrictions on certain models, magazines, or ammunition. See our compliance page for the full state-by-state breakdown.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we email you a carrier tracking number. You can also view it anytime in your Gunbaze account under "Orders." Tracking updates automatically as the package moves through the carrier's network.
Can you ship to a PO Box?
Accessories can sometimes ship to a PO Box via USPS, but UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO boxes — a street address is required. Firearms must be shipped to a licensed FFL's street address under federal law.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
All high-value orders are insured. If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We'll file a claim with the carrier on your behalf and arrange a replacement or refund per our returns policy.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a Glock I haven't picked up yet?
If the firearm hasn't been transferred to you through the FFL, we can usually cancel the order before pickup. Contact us right away so we can stop the transfer with the dealer. Once a transfer is completed, the firearm is legally yours.
Can I return a Glock after I've picked it up?
Generally, no. Once a firearm has been transferred through an FFL, it falls outside normal retail return rules. We may accept a return in specific cases — such as a manufacturing defect — but those are handled through the warranty process, not standard refunds. See our returns policy for details.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
Returns of transferred firearms may incur a restocking fee of 10–15% of the purchase price. We confirm the exact amount before processing any return. Accessories and apparel are not subject to restocking fees.
My Glock has a defect. What do I do?
Contact us right away. If the issue is a manufacturing or functional defect, we coordinate with Glock's warranty and service process. Defective firearm returns are handled separately from change-of-mind returns and are not subject to restocking fees.
Is the FFL transfer fee refundable?
No. FFL transfer fees are paid to the receiving dealer for their service — completing the background check, logging the firearm, and handling the transfer. Once the service has been performed, the fee is non-refundable.
Can I return accessories or apparel?
Yes. Accessories and apparel that are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition can be returned under our standard accessory policy. Contact us to start the return and we'll send you a shipping label where applicable. See our full returns page.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund to your account.
Payment & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, bank transfers (ACH), and Zelle. Other approved payment methods may be listed at checkout. Contact our support team if you have questions about payment options. Note: Zelle is intended for personal transfers — confirm the transaction is permitted under your bank's terms of service.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through PCI-compliant payment gateways with end-to-end encryption. We never store full credit card numbers on our servers.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination, in accordance with applicable state and local tax laws. Items shipped to licensed FFL dealers may be subject to the tax rules of the dealer's state.
When am I charged for my order?
Payment is authorized at checkout and captured when your order ships. If an item is backordered or delayed, we'll notify you before capturing payment.
Products & Models
Which Glock models do you carry?
We carry the full range of major Glock models — G17, G19, G19X, G20, G21, G22, G43X, G44, G45, G47 MOS, and G48 — in 9mm, .40 S&W, .45 ACP, 10mm Auto, and .22 LR. Browse our full Glock pistol collection.
Which Glock model should I buy?
It depends on your intended use. For concealed carry, the G43X or G48 are slim and easy to conceal; the G19 is the best all-around choice. For home defense, the G17 and G47 MOS offer maximum capacity and control. For hunting or bear country, the G20 in 10mm is the standard. Not sure? Contact us — we'll help you choose.
Are your Glocks new or used?
All firearms we sell are new unless explicitly labeled otherwise. Any used or pre-owned firearm would be clearly marked on the product page with its condition and any known issues.
Do you sell Glock accessories and parts?
Yes. We carry holsters, sights, magazines, triggers, lights, and more. We also sell genuine OEM Glock parts for repair, maintenance, and restoration. Browse our Glock accessories collection.
Are your product photos accurate?
We make reasonable efforts to ensure photos are accurate, but manufacturers occasionally change finishes, packaging, or included components without notice. Photos may not always reflect the exact current production configuration. If you need to confirm specifics before ordering, contact us.
