01Eligibility to Purchase

Firearms may only be purchased and transferred to customers who are legally eligible to possess and receive the firearm under applicable federal, state, and local law.

By placing an order for a firearm, you represent that:

• You meet all applicable legal requirements for purchasing and possessing the firearm.
• All information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You will comply with all applicable laws governing firearm possession, ownership, transportation, and use.
• You will not attempt to purchase a firearm on behalf of another person who is prohibited from receiving or possessing it.

Gunbaze reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order where required by law or where we reasonably determine that the transaction cannot legally be completed.

02Firearm Orders and Transfers

A firearm order placed through our website does not necessarily mean that the firearm has been legally transferred to the customer.

Where applicable, firearm transfers must be completed through the required Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) process and any required background-check or state-specific procedure.

Depending on the destination and applicable law, additional documentation, identification, permits, waiting periods, or other requirements may apply.

A firearm will not be released until all legally required transfer requirements have been satisfied.

03Background Checks and Legal Requirements

All firearm transfers are subject to applicable federal, state, and local requirements.

Where a background check or other approval is required, Gunbaze cannot guarantee that the transaction will be approved.

If a legally required background check or authorization is denied, delayed, or otherwise prevents the transfer, the order will be handled according to our applicable cancellation and refund policy and the laws governing the transaction.

04Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

• Full legal name
• Billing information
• Shipping information
• Contact information
• Required identification or documentation
• FFL information where applicable

Gunbaze is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

05Firearm Returns

Because firearms are regulated products, firearm returns are handled differently from ordinary merchandise.

Please contact Gunbaze before attempting to return any firearm. Do not ship a firearm to us without prior authorization.

A firearm that has already been legally transferred to a customer may not qualify for an ordinary change-of-mind return.

Return eligibility may depend on:

• Whether the firearm has been transferred;
• Whether the firearm has been fired;
• Whether the firearm has been modified;
• Whether the firearm has a verified defect;
• The applicable manufacturer warranty;
• Federal, state, and local law; and
• Gunbaze's applicable return authorization.

06Glock Firearms

Glock firearms are subject to the same firearm-transfer, return, and compliance requirements described in these Terms.

For a Glock firearm that is suspected to have a manufacturing or functional defect, customers should contact Gunbaze before returning the firearm.

Depending on the circumstances, the firearm may need to be inspected or handled through the applicable manufacturer warranty or service process.

A customer should not modify, repair, or otherwise alter a suspected defective firearm before contacting Gunbaze or the appropriate manufacturer/service provider.

07Fired Firearms

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or determined to be a verified defect or warranty matter, firearms that have been fired may not qualify for a standard return or refund.

Gunbaze may require inspection before determining whether a firearm qualifies for a return, repair, replacement, or other resolution.

08Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued using the applicable payment method and according to our refund procedures.

Certain charges may be non-refundable where permitted by law, including applicable:

• Transfer fees
• Background-check fees
• Special-order fees
• Shipping charges
• Return shipping charges
• Restocking fees

Any refund will remain subject to applicable law and the specific circumstances of the transaction.

09Order Cancellations

Customers should contact Gunbaze as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order.

An order may not be cancellable once it has entered processing, been shipped, been transferred to an FFL, or otherwise reached a stage where cancellation is no longer commercially or legally possible.

Where a cancellation is approved, any applicable non-refundable fees or charges will be deducted where permitted by law.

10Ammunition

Ammunition is subject to separate return and shipping restrictions.

Unless required by applicable law or determined to be defective, ammunition sales may be final.

Customers must ensure that they are legally permitted to purchase, receive, possess, and use the ammunition ordered.

11Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices, and availability are accurate.

However, manufacturers may change product specifications, packaging, finishes, included components, or other product characteristics without notice.

Product photographs may not always represent the exact production configuration.

12Pricing and Availability

Prices and availability may change without notice.

Gunbaze reserves the right to correct pricing errors, cancel orders affected by an obvious pricing error, or limit quantities where appropriate.

An order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance where legal, inventory, pricing, or compliance issues prevent completion of the transaction.

13Shipping

Firearms and other regulated products may be subject to special shipping and transfer requirements.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and transfer information.

Gunbaze is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, government agencies, FFLs, background checks, legal requirements, incorrect customer information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

14Prohibited Transactions

Gunbaze will not knowingly complete a transaction that violates applicable law.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where we have a reasonable compliance concern or where required documentation or authorization cannot be obtained.

Customers must not use our website to attempt to purchase a firearm or regulated product for a prohibited person or for an unlawful purpose.

15Website Use

You agree to use the Gunbaze website only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

• Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website;
• Submit fraudulent information;
• Attempt to circumvent applicable purchasing or compliance requirements;
• Use the website for unlawful activity; or
• Attempt to access restricted areas or information without authorization.

16Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gunbaze will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

17Compliance With Applicable Law

These Terms do not replace or override federal, state, or local law.

Where a provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement, the applicable law will control.

Firearm laws vary by jurisdiction. Customers are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to their location and the transaction.

Gunbaze may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The updated version will be posted on this website with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
